Located in Laguna Niguel, California, Pure Indulgence Skin Rejuvenation, Inc., makes its mission to provide clients with the best in proven medically based laser and skin rejuvenation treatments. The 1,300-square-foot spa has a boutique-style atmosphere and four treatment rooms.
Personalized services include massage, reflexology, facials, a variety of chemical peels, Vibraderm treatments, cellulite treatments such as Velashape™ ll, sunless tanning, lash and brow tinting, makeup application and instruction, and lash extensions. Botox®, Dysport®, Juvéderm™ Ultra, Juvéderm™ Ultra Plus, Radiesse®, Restylane®, and Perlane® are also offered.
Clients can also select from a range of laser services like Titan™ skin tightening, Limelight facial IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) treatments, Laser Genesis skin resurfacing, and laser hair removal. Priori, Benev, and Obagi products are incorporated into treatments. Toiletries are available, and robes and slippers are also provided.
Bridget "GiGi" Goddard, RNC (Registered Nurse Clinician), is certified in aesthetic procedures. She specializes in laser therapies, superficial skin resurfacing, Botox® Cosmetic, and dermal fillers.
The spa encourages clients to take advantage of private complimentary consultations to learn how the latest medical technology and skills are integrated to ensure individualized quality treatments.

VI Peel
The VI Peel: Erase Fine Lines and Age Spots Sun damage and fine lines are never wanted, but who wants to stay indoors all summer? Now that summer is over, it’s time to do something about your skin. If you have a skin type that is light to medium in complexion, there are numerous amounts of procedures out on the market to help you. But what if you have darker skin types? Are you just out of luck? Not now. Until recently, most peels have not been effective at treating darker skin types. The newest peel on the market today is the VI Peel, which overcomes these limitations, and is suitable for all skin types and works very well on acne. The new Vi Peel is the first peel specifically designed for darker skin types and helps reduce sun damage, age spots, fine lines, and even acne. In addition, the VI Peel is faster and less painful than most previous procedures. The peel is much more client friendly than peels we have had in the past. Peels of the past were typically painful, but the new Vi Peel is virtually pain free. While it is less painful, it is highly effective. “A very powerful acid with salicylic acid and even Retin-A in it. Vitamin-A and some other things are also included to help soothe the skin at the same time that we are getting that deep penetration,” Bridget (Gigi) Goddard, Owner of Pure Indulgence Skin Rejuvenation Inc. Patients can see a big improvement in pigmentation and skin texture in only seven days. Melasma, acne scars, and severe pigmentation will take 2-3 peels. LimeLight Facial™ Treatment of Skin Redness, Tiny Veins, Brown Spots and Sun Damage. What is the LimeLight Facial? The LimeLight Facial is a new, non-invasive approach to skin rejuvenation using Cutera’s LimeLight. The procedure offers the advantage of improving skin tone and surface imperfections associated with aging and photodamage. What areas can be treated? The LimeLight Facial is ideal for any part of your face, neck and décolleté with skin redness, telangiectasia (tiny veins) or brown spots. Light (low contrast) brown spots, which were previously difficult to resolve, respond very well to treatment. What does the treatment do? By selecting Program A, B or C, your practitioner can customize your LimeLight Facial to your skin type and selectively treat the brown and/or red pigmented areas on your skin. It’s the heating of the pigmented brown or red cells that causes the therapeutic effect. What do treatments feel like? When the pulse of light is delivered, patients will experience a mild pinching or stinging sensation. Gel is recommended to cool the skin before vascular treatments. Anesthesia or pain medicine is typically not required. How long will the treatments take? Treatment time depends on the area of the body being treated. However, most treatments should take less than one hour. How many treatments will I need? One to three treatments are usually sufficient tosee results. Additional treatments may be recommended, especially forexcessively sundamaged skin. What happens after the treatment? Immediately following treatment, brown spots will start to darken and your skin may appear slightly red. The treated area may be mildly swollen. This typically lasts a few hours and possibly a day or longer. Make-up can be applied to cover the redness. When will I see results? Within one to three weeks, the darkened spots will flake off and fade. Diffuse redness or telangiectasia will decrease and your mottled complexion will improve. Will the spots and redness reappear overtime? New brown spots, telangiectasia and diffuse redness may appear with new sun damage; however they too can be treated. Remember to always apply broad-spectrum sunscreen when outdoors to minimize sundamage and the appearance of new spots and diffuse redness.
