We are located at 213 San Mateo Road in Half Moon Bay at the corner of Main Street and Highway 92. We are in the large building tucked behind the Chamber of Commerce, Harmonies Hair Salon, and La Bamba Restaurant, and next door to Enterprise Rent-a-Car.

Foundations of Yoga, Level 1-2
Students learn postures practiced in Vinyasa flow and Ashtanga style yoga at a slower, more sustained pace. Use of supportive props (straps, blocks, bolsters and blankets) assist with flexibility and balance, while paying attention to detail and precise alignment. Each class includes standing poses, simple supported inversions, restorative poses, relaxation, meditation, and philosophy. |
