now what can i say about this beautiful spa? it's got everything you need: great customer service, relaxing atmosphere, professional estheticians, and effective treatments. i first came to faces plus skin spa for my random breakouts. kristin, the head esthetician, suggested that i do a chemical peel to rid my face of imperfections. at first, i hesitated cuz of all the horror stories i've heard. to my surprise, she was right! the peel helped a great deal with my breakouts. within a week, most of my pimples flattened out and dried up. plus, my skin felt tighter, smoother, and cleaner. score!
kristin gave professional advice and truly cared about my skincare needs. she even took the time to plan out my home care product regimen. more importantly, i like that she educated me every step of the way throughout the treatment. i've officially become a chemical peel addict!

very relax environment. Staff are friendly, but the front desk girl was a bit pushy to sell me facial package. I got Vitamin C infusion facial and skin looks brighter right away. Love the results! It is expensive, but worth the money.

The place is gorgeous. Big brown doors that u push open and when u step in the place is warm and dim. You just feel comfortable when u walk in. U already know it's going to be a amazing expereince.
The staff is really friendly and Kristin, the owner is super nice and really cares about her employees.
If it's your first time here, once u check in they give you a card and you are automatically a member and they keep all ur info on that. Then you go into the locker room and change into some comfy robes.
Next is the lounge area where they give u snacks and passion fruit tea. I don't drink tea, but that tea was realllly good.
i did the eye hydro and hair massage. i never had anything done like this or seen anything done like this. you sit in this comfy chair that has a sink (like ur washing your hair at a salon) it feels so good and they my hair comes out silky smooth ( i have really damaged hair) also my eyes were so puffy when i came in, but after the eye hydro my eyes were back to normal. my right eyes were really dry and no eye cream was working except for the one i bought at faces plus.

The place is amazing! I went in for the Hydrafacial and I never had a facial like this one before. Serum is injected into the skin during the facial which really hydrated my skin. The price is definitely worth every penny, since this particular facial treatment, including a neck, shoulder, arm, and hand massage, was for a full 2 hours! I will definitely be coming back in the near future!
